Thank you for requesting a review. I received the product and was very satisfied with it. The only disappointment with this purchase is that there was no information provided on when it might ship. It showed it was in stock which I assumed meant it would be shipped rather quickly. Unfortunately, they came a day later than I needed them. I tried to communicate with your company several times and received no answer until I finally got an email that they had shipped. I might have cancelled the order altogether had I known the timing of their receipt. I have been able to find another use for them and I am not returning them. Just wanted to provide some information that might help you improve your service. In a day where we are rapidly becoming used to receiving next day delivery from several sources, and while it wouldn't be fair to expect smaller businesses to be as quick, we should be able to get information about delivery when we use the provided methods of contacting you.
